Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is:
    • Defective Item-If the item you received is not working properly
    • Damaged Item- If the item you received is with visible damage
    • Wrong Item Delivered- If the item you received is an incorrect product.The item should be in sealed condition unless the item cannot be identified whilst still contained in original packaging.
    • Missing Accessories-If the item you received has missing parts or accessories as advertised on the product page.
  • In circumstances where you consider that a product is eligible to a replacement or return considering the stated reasons above, you should promptly contact us at 239-9401 with details of the product and the reason/s of return. You can send the item you consider defective to 39-3 L. Esteban St. Highway hills, Mandaluyong City, Kalakhang Maynila.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email,within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.If you are entitled to a replacement or refund,we will replace the product or refund the purchase price,using the original method of payment.

    Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
